How we start
You tell me who your guests are, which hours are hard, and what you never want playing in your room.
You get the document with genres, hour-by-hour energy curve and exclusions, plus the schedule and a closed price.
Every three months we sit down to see what worked and adjust. The residency gets sharper instead of going stale.
